You have a chance to weigh in on Florida's plan to build deep injection wells north of Lake Okeechobee, which would store water beneath the ground.

The South Florida Water Management District says the wells would help alleviate discharges east and west.

Now water managers need you to weigh-in on their final draft that addresses ecological risks and water quality concerns.

The Final Draft 2021 ASR Science Plan is available for 30-day public review. Public comments can be submitted through March 7, 2021, via email.
