After impact, the Nissan traveled south through the intersection and overturned, coming to a final rest at the southwest corner of the intersection on its roof.

The Jeep continued traveling westbound on Lake Worth Road and came to final rest in the inside lane, facing west.

The driver of the Nissan, a 29-year-old man from Greenacres, was killed. FHP has not released his name.

A rear passenger in the Nissan, identified as Shane Almost Longwell, 30, of Lake Worth, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The report says alcohol tests on the driver of the Nissan are pending.

The driver of the Jeep, Jonathan Gonzalez, 22, of suburban West Palm Beach had minor injuries and was charged with driving under the influence.
