PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — (WFXT/CNN/WPTV) - New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, facing two counts of soliciting someone to commit prostitution in Jupiter, has entered a plea of not guilty and has requested a non-jury trial.
The arraignment date is scheduled to take place Wednesday, March 27 at 8:30 a.m. in Palm Beach County.
Kraft was charged as part of a months-long investigation into sex trafficking that focused on several day spas and massage parlors suspected of being used for prostitution.

Prosecutors say Kraft was caught on tape engaging in a sexual act.
One of the counts is for an alleged offense on Jan. 20 -- the day the Patriots played in the AFC Championship game.
Kraft denies the accusations.
Under Florida law, the charge of soliciting someone to commit prostitution is a first-degree misdemeanor. It is punishable by up to one year in jail, a $5,000 civil penalty and a mandatory hundred hours of community service. Plus, an educational program on the negative effects of prostitution and human trafficking.
