When inspectors arrived, the operator said a new water pump was on the way. A total of six high-priority violations were found, and the restaurant was temporarily shut down.

Inspectors found more than 130 rodent droppings inside Terra Fiamma, located at 9169 W Atlantic Ave. in western Delray Beach, as well as dead roaches.

During the May 14 inspection at Terra Fiamma, health officials also found "live, small flying insects" in the kitchen, food preparation area, or food storage area.

They found seven high-priority violations at Terra Fiamma.

The electricity was not working in some parts of the building at Caribe Cafe in Palm Springs during a May 16 inspection.

Inspectors say the walk-in cooler at the restaurant, located at 3068 Lake Worth Rd., was not working, and they put a stop sale on some food. A total of four high-priority violations were found at the restaurant.

All restaurants have since re-opened.
