The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said a disruptive passenger faces charges after saying that he put a device on a plane Saturday at Palm Beach International Airport.

PBSO spokeswoman Teri Barbera said the passenger, identified as Mark David Radak, 58, of Deerfield Beach, was being escorted off an Allegiant plane.

Law enforcement said Radak uttered that he put something on the aircraft and “good luck finding it.”

Deputies quickly cleared the concourse and the aircraft to search for a device.

No threat was found and the other passengers were screened again and later let back onto the concourse.

Radak was arrested and charged with making a false report about planting a bomb.
