SUBURBAN LAKE WORTH BEACH, Fla. -- Two people were injured in a violent confrontation at Briarwood Mobile Home Park near Lake Worth Beach on Monday evening.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue crews responded to reports of a possible shooting at 6:20 p.m.
The mobile home park is located near Ferne Lane and Carrie Drive.
Firefighters located two males, known to each other, who got into a verbal altercation which resulted in a stabbing and shooting.
Both males were transported by Trauma Hawk to a nearby trauma hospital for treatment.
Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Investigators are still investigating the incident.
