A crash just before noon on Interstate 95 north at the 10th Avenue exit in Lake Worth backed up traffic for a few miles.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue tweeted that multiple vehicles were involved in the crash, including one that landed on its roof.
All lanes were back open by 1:30 p.m.
