Armed robbery suspect wanted in Lake Worth

LAKE WORTH, Fla. -- The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is looking to identify an armed robbery suspect who robbed a Subway restaurant on Monday, April 4 at 8:45 p.m.

Deputies describe the suspect as a white male, approximately 25-35 years old, between 5' 7" and 5' 10" tall with a slender/muscular build.

He was wearing a clue shirt, white shorts with a black strip, black sneakers with a white sole, and a black fitted baseball hat.

The robbery occurred at the Subway located in the 200 block of South Dixie Highway in Lake Worth.

Surveillance video shows the man jumping the counter and forcing the clerk to open the register at knife point.

Unknown armed suspect entered Subway and committed an armed robbery. The male suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25 – 35 years of age, 5’07 – 5’10” foot tall and slender/muscular build. He was wearing a blue shirt, white shorts with a black strip, black sneakers with a white sole and a black fitted baseball hat. This incident occurred on April 4, 2016 at 8:45 pm. Subway is located in the 200 block of South Dixie Highway, Lake Worth. Anyone who can identify this suspect is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS.
