SUBURBAN LAKE WORTH, Fla. -- An investigator is working to determine the cause of a house fire at 4843 Poseidon Place near Lake Worth Wednesday morning.
Video from Chopper 5 showed smoke billowing from the residence.
First responders discovered the fire traveled from the garage to the attic so they cut a hole in the roof to stem it from spreading, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
Firefighters faced the obstacle of plywood covering several windows so they cut and removed them, fire rescue said.
Red Cross was called to assist five adults, five children and a dog living at the home. Officials said no one was injured.
