All lanes of I-95 northbound back open in Lake Worth after earlier crash

All lanes of Interstate 95 northbound near the 10th Avenue exit are back open Wednesday in Lake Worth after an early-morning wreck.

A crash occurred at about 4:19 a.m. At least one vehicle smashed into a concrete wall.

The Florida Highway Patrol said it is unclear if anyone was injured.

All lanes were back open by 5:30 a.m.
