The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office arrested a 60-year-old man in connection with a fatal shooting Tuesday night at a Lake Worth Beach gas station.
The unidentified male victim was found dead at a Citgo gas station, located at 2100 block of 10th Ave. North at 9 p.m.
On Wednesday morning, PBSO said the arrested Roberto Portillo-Quijano on a charge of first-degree murder.
PBSO said Portillo-Quijano will likely not attend first appearance until Thursday.
