A man’s wedding ring was found at Bryant Park this past weekend.
Sherriann Cosgrove and her husband found the ring around 3 p.m. Sunday at the boat dock.
Cosgrove said the ring was right on the edge of the water.
“Somebody probably dropped it, probably only a couple minutes or less than an hour before we were out there,” she said.
Cosgrove wants to find it’s owner.
The ring has a date and name on the inside. The date is 2-14-2016 and Cosgrove wants the name to be the identifier for the owner.
She said if she lost her ring, she would want someone to try and find her.
“I would be devastated if my ring was lost, usually when we boat I wear the silicone rings so we don’t lose our rings in the water,” she added.
