LAKE WORTH BEACH, Fla. -- More than 200 paddle boarders braved the heat and the waves for a good cause on Saturday.
The 4th Annual Crossing For A Cure began Friday in Bimini at the stroke of midnight.
The group departed on an 80-mile journey and ended Saturday morning in Lake Worth Beach.
The grueling 12-18 hour journey raised money to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
The paddle boarders were met with a large welcome party when they arrived on Lake Worth Beach.
