A 25-year-old man, who appeared on NewsChannel 5 in May to discuss his experience with Flakka, has been identified as a homicide victim, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
Tyler Etue had been missing since the end of July. His remains were found Wednesday in the 200 block of South L Street.
