A deputy suffered minor injuries after multiple crashes on Interstate 95 hampered the Wednesday morning commute in Lake Worth.
One wreck involving a box truck occurred just before 6 a.m. on I-95 northbound in Lake Worth, just south of the 10th Avenue North exit.
A second crash involving at least five cars occurred in the same area around 6:15 a.m. on I-95 southbound near 6th Avenue South.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said the deputy suffered minor injuries. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating.
All lanes were back open by 10 a.m.

UPDATE: Exit at Forest Hill Blvd if heading S on I-95. Traffic starts slowing down shortly after from crash blocking 2 lanes at 6th Ave. S.
