A health advisory is in effect at Lantana Beach.
The Palm Beach County Health Department said Tuesday recent water samples show the water in the poor range.
The exact cause of the elevated levels is not known.
The health department will continue to monitor the water and lift the advisory when the levels come back in the good range.
