Local foundations team up to help Palm Beach County homeless

Two organizations have partnered to make a difference among the homeless community in Palm Beach County.  

Kerry Jameison, the senior director of communication for the "Quantum Foundation," and Chris Bentley, co-founder of "Live Fresh," discuss the program.

Live Fresh aims to provide Palm Beach County’s homeless individuals and families with a fresh shower, personal hygiene essentials and the opportunity to Live FRESH: Feeling Revitalized Encourages Sustainable Happiness.

Donations can be dropped off at 1250 Old Dixie Hwy., Suite 1, Lake Park, Fla. 33404

Live Fresh weekly scheduled stops will begin Sunday, July 10, 2016

* Sundays (6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.) at The Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, located at 801 8th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401

* Wednesdays (8 a.m. to noon) at Extended Hands Community Outreach, located at 528 Cheerful St, West Palm Beach, FL 33407

* Thursdays (11 a.m. to 3 p.m.) at The St. George Center, located at 21 W 22nd St, Riviera Beach, FL 33404
