The body of a man who was originally reported as missing has been recovered and a suspect is in custody in connection with his death.
Frederson Philippe, 26, was last seen Nov. 2 and reported missing two days later.
On November 9, a body was found at the Worthington Apartments, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
The Medical Examiner identified the person as Frederson Jean-Philippe and determined he was shot in the head.
Investigators arrested Reginald Owens for the death and charged him with first-degree murder.

According to an arrest report, Owens learned Frederson wanted to buy about $160 worth of marijuana so he set up a meeting point on Frederson's phone with two others who he knew planned to commit robbery.
Owens later received a phone call from one of the people involved in the drug buy who told him Frederson was robbed and shot, the report states.
During an interview with investigators, as outlined in the police report, Owens was quoted as saying: "I didn't think they were going to shoot him, I thought they were just going to rob him."
Owens made his first appearance in court Wednesday and is being held without bond.
