PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — The Palm Beach County School District, the tenth largest school district in the country, is holding a job fair at the South Florida Fairgrounds on June 6.
This event will highlight all schools with teaching vacancies for the 2019-2020 school year. Walk-ins are welcome.
The starting salary for teachers employed by the school district is $41,000. Employees also enjoy health and wellness benefits and a pension.
The job fair runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All 179 district schools will be present to interview and hire teachers at the Expo Center of the South Florida Fairgrounds, which is located at 9067 Southern Blvd. in suburban West Palm Beach.
