The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is seeking a person of interest in two separate cases of a man in a white van approaching children in the Lake Charleston community.

In the first case, in late January, the man asked two children walking home near Winder Court if they wanted candy.

They said no and ran home.

The second incident happened in mid-Februarywhen a child said a man grabbed him and only let go when the youngster kicked him.

The vehicle the man was in was described as a dirty, white van with a metal grated separating the front seat from the back.

The person of interest is believed to be in his 40s with facial hair. He was also seen wearing a short-sleeve black T-shirt with a skull on the front.

If you recognize the composite sketch released by the sheriff's office, or have any information, please call Palm Beach County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS.
