A job fair is being held Wednesday in Riviera Beach for open positions in the maritime and boating industry along the docks and shorelines of Palm Beach County.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the site of the former Riviera Beach Maritime Academy located at 251 W. 11th St.
Positions available include:
- Facility maintenance technicians
- Marine electronics installers
- Boat/yacht finish carpenters at Rybovich Marine Center
- Tropical shipping
- ADK De Keizer Marine Engineering and Viking Yachts
The job fair is free and open to all Palm Beach County residents.
The former magnet school will be renamed the Judge Edward Rodgers Center for Community Development on Dec.15. Rodgers died at age 91 on Oct. 20.
