Police say a Riviera Beach man tried to pay a woman so he could have sex with her and her 10-year-old daughter.
However, the woman was really an undercover police officer. Dean Aaron Fenrich, 42, was arrested Friday in Palm Beach.
Investigators with the Palm Beach Police Department said he admitted he was there to meet a mother and her daughter.
Fenrich is charged with obscene communication and a weapons offense.
