RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — The City Hall complex in Riviera Beach is closed to the public until noon.
A city worker tells WPTV that a power panel was being replaced this week and some work was being done on the electrical system.
On Thursday morning, that power panel tripped, causing sporadic outages throughout the morning.
If you need to a get a hold of city hall for business, keep in mind the network and phone system is down for the time being.
There are signs posted on the city hall entrance and library saying the buildings will open at noon.
Crews are currently working to restore power and said they should have the electricity back on in the next few hours.
