A Riviera Beach gas station must now pay the state $2,000 after the Florida Attorney General's Office found it guilty of price gouging during Hurricane Irma.
Investigators say the Marathon gas station at 1201 Broadway Ave. raised gas prices by from $3.69 to $4.29 a gallon and charged customers $13 per case of water.
The state says the gas station must give the four customers who complained a refund.
