UPDATE: The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has identified the body of the diver found at Blue Heron Bridge as 65-year-old Randolph Smay, officials said Friday evening.
The investigation is open and ongoing.

PBSO VCD detectives and Crime Scene Investigators are on the way to the scene.

EARLIER STORY:
The Riviera Beach Fire Department is responding to an open water incident at Phil Foster Park. The call for help came in at 9:30 a.m.
The missing person was diving with other people but did not surface and come back to shore with the others.
Two dive teams are searching for the diver with help from West Palm Beach Fire Rescue, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and the U.S. Coast Guard.
PBSO is also assisting with its dive team, marine unit and helicopter.
