RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — Firefighters in Station 86 in Riviera Beach have been relocated as a precaution following air quality tests.
All stations within the city were recently tested for mold. While tests were negative for mold, the city says other unidentified particulates were found.
Riviera Beach was advised to deep clean all fire stations, clean the HVAC systems and remove all carpeting.
The city is currently looking into identifying the problem and how long crews may have to use a temporary station.
