The Palm Beach County School District is looking into how the Suncoast High School band and cheerleaders wound up performing at a rally for Hillary Clinton this week.

Former President Bill Clinton spoke at the rally, which was held at the Port of Palm Beach Monday afternoon.

School district spokeswoman Kathy Burstein released the following statement Tuesday night regarding the incident:

“The School District of Palm Beach County, by policy, does not allow students to perform at political events or rallies. This should not have happened, and it won't happen again. We are looking into this.”
