UPDATE:

Riviera Beach police say Kevin Gibson has been released from police custody.

A spokesperson said a member of the Riviera Beach Police Department previously stated incorrectly that Gibson had been arrested for attempted murder in connection with the shooting. However, he was only detained, a spokesperson now says.

Police said Gibson is a suspect in the shooting, but is not under arrest.

A second suspect, Alvantay Rashad Cook, is in the Palm Beach County Jail on charges of attempted murder, resisting arrest without violence, and fleeing to elude law enforcement. On Thursday, a judge denied Cook bond.

The three victims are still recovering from non-life threatening injuries, a spokesperson said.

According to Riviera Beach police, Cook's breathing issues are unrelated to his arrest.
