ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Deputies are searching for the man they say robbed the BB&T Bank at 151 S. State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach on Christmas Eve at 11:40 a.m.
PBSO says the suspect passed a teller a note which demanded money and implied he had a bomb.
The suspect fled southbound through the plaza driving a white Mazda or Nissan SUV with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The man is described as being in his 50s, standing 6 feet tall with an average size build.
