ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. — The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office arrested a suspect in connection with a Friday shooting at the Village Royale Shopping Plaza in Royal Palm Beach.
The suspect, Quinton Robinson, 23, was taken into custody Saturday at a home in Royal Palm Beach.
The sheriff's office said after a search warrant was executed at the home, they uncovered what is believed to be the gun used in the shooting, clothing allegedly worn during the robbery attempt and an undisclosed amount of cash.

The shooting happened near the Winn-Dixie in the plaza Friday.
According to PBSO, an attempted robbery had taken place. A victim was shot in the hand and taken to a hospital with non-serious injuries.
WPTV spoke with a Winn-Dixie manager who said the incident didn't take place inside the store. They said they heard a loud noise and someone called 911.
