Three men facing charges of patient brokering appeared in court Monday morning.
A judge set bail at $30,000 each for Adam and Eric Lahr of Palm Beach Gardens and John Dudek of suburban Boca Raton.
The Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office has been aggressively trying to stop patient brokering.
It takes place when someone gets a kickback for recruiting insured patients and referring them to sober homes.
