Tri-Rail service was briefly shut down in both directions Wednesday morning between Belvedere Road and Summit Boulevard.
Fire Rescue was spotted in the area around 8:30 a.m. assisting a man along the tracks in this area.
It's unclear if the man was hurt. He was put on a stretcher, placed inside an ambulance, and transported to St. Mary's Medical Center.
Multiple police agencies and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office are at the scene.
Tri-Rail service resumed just after 9 a.m.
