The founder of the Wellington Polo Club has run out of appeals for his conviction in a DUI manslaughter case.

The U.S. Supreme Court announced Monday it is not going to hear the appeal of John Goodman.

He was sentenced to 16 years in prison for crashing into the car of 23-year-old Scott Wilson and killing him.
