One person was injured after red Lincoln and a silver Kia crashed Monday morning near the intersection of Banyan Boulevard and Australian Avenue.

Just before 10:45 a.m., West Palm Beach police said the Kia was making a right turn from Banyan Boulevard when the Lincoln hit the Kia.

The driver of the Kia was taken to the hospital.  The extent of their injuries is unclear.

Police are trying to determine who is at fault. There appear to be no witnesses

The northbound lanes of Australian were shut down while traffic was diverted to Banyan Boulevard. At 11 a.m., just the right lane of Australian Avenue was closed.
