The teen charged with posing as a fake doctor is now looking for a new attorney.
Malachi Love- Robinson, 18, is accused of practicing medicine without a license. An undercover agent said he was arrested after trying to perform a physical on her, and Love-Robinson also offered medical advice.
Love-Robinson is also accused of grand left and forgery.
An 86-year-old woman claims he defrauded her after a series of visits to her home to treat her for severe stomach pain.
His court appearance was originally set to determine if he would accept a plea deal.
In April Love-Robinson was offered three years in prison and five years probation. But instead of taking the deal he told the judge he wants a new lawyer to represent him.
His former attorney Andrew Stine says that he actually withdrew over irreconcilable differences.
“I’m praying number one. Keeping myself calm,” he said.

Love-Robinson wouldn’t specifically say why he wants a new attorney but he hinted at some communication issues.
Another criminal defense attorney in court Monday says he's been talking to Love Robinson about representing him. However, that attorney says the decision will come down to money.
The judge told him to come back Thursday with his new attorney.
His trial date is still scheduled for July.
