About 30 Corey Jones supporters rallied outside the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office on Monday.

It's been almost three months since Jones was shot by plain clothes officer Nouman Raja.

The Jones supporters want a decision about whether charges will be filed.

"We still need justice to be served, and if it doesn't happen today, we are still going to come back tomorrow. It is in our heart to keep fighting until we see justice," Jones' grandfather Sylvester Banks said.

Banks said he is pleased that Palm Beach Gardens Police are rolling out a body camera program.

But he says the decision about whether criminal charges will be filed looms.

The FBI and Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office are investigating the shooting.

It could take two or three months longer before there is a decision.
