A crash Thursday morning on Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach killed a 23-year-old man.
At about 6:45 a.m., officers responded to the wreck involving one car, said West Palm Beach police.
West Palm Beach spokeswoman Lori Colombino said the victim was identified as Steven Pellegrini.
The wreck closed Congress Avenue from Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard to 45th Street.
All roads are now back open.
