WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Crews are working to restore power to areas near the intersection of Congress Avenue and Executive Center Drive in West Palm Beach after a crash caused traffic signals to stop functioning.
West Palm Beach police tell WPTV that the driver is not facing any charges.
By 7 a.m., power had been restored to the intersection.
