"I thought it was maybe some bad news in Guatemala," said Octavio Velasquez, the victim's brother, about getting the heartbreaking news on Saturday night. "I had no idea it was here in America."

Velasquez said his brother was working at Baker Construction and sending money back to his wife and children in Guatemala. Their goal was to build a big home for the entire family in Guatemala.

"He was a hard worker. He liked to work," said Velasquez.

Velasquez is now begging anyone with information to come forward. If you know who the driver is, call Crime Stoppers of Palm Beach County at 1-800-458-TIPS.

There is a reward up to $3,000 and you can remain anonymous.
