WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Fallen power lines were smoking and sparking in the grass below the pole near the intersection of 45th Street and Broadway Avenue in West Palm Beach, just after 4 p.m. Thursday.
Fire Rescue crews and police arrived shortly after locals reported the incident, keeping bystanders away from danger until FPL crews could arrive and tend to the lines.
