The Florida Highway Patrol said the southbound exit ramp from Interstate 95 to Forest Hill Boulevard is back open early Tuesday morning after police activity.
Around 2:25 a.m., FHP said there was a crash and then people ran from the scene.
Law enforcement had asked everyone to avoid the area. However, it is now safe to drive in the area.
It's unclear if anyone was arrested.
