EARLIER STORY

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A man suspected of a double murder in West Palm Beach has been arrested in Washington County, Tennessee.

The U.S. Marshals Service arrested 21-year-old Joshua Daniel Brown of Grey, Tenn., late Thursday evening, according to West Palm Beach police and the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

Brian Tanksley, 33 and Sean Austin Pollum, 20 were found shot to death inside an apartment on Tamarind Avenue in October.

Tanksley was known in the community as Cook Em Up-- a beloved artist and rapper.

Officials say Brown was arrested without incident. He faces two counts of first degree murder and is being held without bond.

An extradition hearing was held Friday morning in Washington County.

Officials with the District Attorney's Office there say Brown did not fight extradition back to South Florida.

Authorities say it's up to the warrants division of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office to arrange Brown's extradition back to West Palm Beach.

The judge said if arrangements aren't made within the next ten days, Brown will be released from jail.
