The judge in the Casey Anthony trial spoke out about the case and verdict.

Casey Anthony, who now lives in Palm Beach County, was acquitted of first-degree murder in 2011. She was however, convicted of lying to police.

Retired Judge Belvin Perry says while he doesn't believe any of the theories presented in court, he does think the death was accidental.

"The most logical thing that happened was that she tried to knock her daughter out by the use of chloroform and gave her too much chloroform, which caused her daughter to die," he said.

Perry says computer searches for chloroform and the volume of the chemical found in Casey's trunk convinced him, though he admits it is only a theory.
