A juvenile suffered minor injuries after running in front of a train Friday evening, according to West Palm Beach Police Department Spokesperson Detective Lori Colombino.
The incident happened shortly after 8 p.m. along the 4300 block of Greenwood Avenue.
The juvenile ran across the train tracks and had their hand struck by the train.
The patient was transported to St. Mary's Medical Center for treatment.
The incident is under investigation.
