A man was shot in West Palm Beach Wednesday afternoon.
Police say it happened in the 1800 block of North Tamarind Avenue.
He was identified as 28-yr-old Bernard Bertrand.
Before police arrived Bertrand was driven to Good Samaritan Medical Center, according to police.
His injuries were not considered life threatening, police said.
Neither Bertrand nor witnesses are cooperating with investigators, according to police.
