A man accused of setting his SUV on fire and making bomb threats in both West Palm Beach and Riviera Beach was back in court Friday.
Bond for Douglas Ellington was set at $10,000.
Ellington was arrested on Monday after investigators say he drove his vehicle into the sewage plant off Haverhill Road and then set it on fire.
He will be allowed on house arrest but must undergo a mental health evaluation.
