WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — The Palm Beach County Community Services Department said Friday that its portal for emergency rental assistance, relocation assistance, and utility assistance is once again temporarily closed due to a high volume of applications.
The portal will reopen Monday, May 3, at 8 a.m.
