A man was taken to the hospital after being struck and pinned Wednesday morning by a semi in West Palm Beach.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said at 8:50 a.m. crews responded to the 6000 block of North Jog Rd.
Fire Rescue Capt. Albert Borroto said the pedestrian was pinned underneath the tires of the truck after being hit.
The man was transported to an area hospital by Trauma Hawk for treatment.
