A West Palm Beach family whose Christmas was stolen from them is now getting help from generous donors and the West Palm Beach Police Department.

Yesenia Diaz and her family had all their Christmas gifts stolen from inside their garage.

West Palm Beach police officers donated gifts and members of the community also stepped up an dropped gifts off at the West Palm Beach police station.

"They don't deserve that because they are children and they are losing the Christmas spirit because of everything that happened," Police Cadet Oscar Lora said.

One of the children who had her presents stolen is on the Autism Spectrum.

The mother is also suffering with stage four cancer, she says.

"We are heartbroken because this is all our kids had," Diaz said.

Police will bring the gifts to the children next week.

They still need donations for some of the other kids.

Any donations can be brought to the West Palm Beach Police Department.
