The annual South Florida Race for the Cure this past weekend raised more than $500,000.
Seventy-five percent of all proceeds stay in our area.
The money is used to help raise awareness and find a cure for breast cancer which kills more than 2,700 women in Florida every year.
More than 15,000 people took part in Saturday's race in West Palm Beach.
First Alert Meteorologist Glenn Glazer was the grand marshal.
